I have Call Manager 4.x and Unity 4.x. We have set up with two operators.One of the operator is at the front desk.They both log in and use the attendant console successfully.When calls from outside the organisation is recived the front desk does not get the calls unless they are forwarded. The front desk phone is in the operator group. It appearsas if the IVR does not recognise the front desk extension and gives the caller a response that no operator is available to take your call.
It appears that in the day the operator handles all incoming calls, so when the operator leaves at 5pm incoming calls to the operator fail.
Note both the operator phone and front desk phones are associated with the ac user in Call Manager
