No CallerID with 6608 and CCM 4.1.3

Hi all,

I have a 6608 blade with 2 PRIs configured in CCM 4.1.3 as MGCP gateway. Recently I ran into an issue with one of the phone numbers where users just couldn't call it at all, so I call up my PRI provider and they told me that the number that I was having problem with is serviced by Cox communication and for some reason the call was denied so they ask me to change the "Calling Numbering Plan" for outbound calls to "National Standard" and that fixes the issue. But now for some reason I lost my caller ID, so now if I make an outbound call the called party displays "unknown number".

Has anyone run into this issue ? I appreciate any suggestions/inputs !!!

You would need to gather some CUCM detailed traces to confirm whether you're sending or not the right information.

If you see the calling number there, it means it's a telco issue. If you don't then you would need to review your config.
