Unity 7.0 AD Schema extension

Hi,

I am installing Unity 7.0 and about to run the AD Schema extension on the first DC/GC server in the Forest.

Now, the schema of the AD has already been extended in the past for an existing Cisco Unity 5.x server at site B.

I am now installing Cisco Unty 7.0 at site A. Do I run the schema extension again on the same AD. How will this affect the existing Unity 5.x server?

The company has a single Forest. Please someone with experience with this scenario, let me know.

You do not need to extend the schema for Cisco Unity 7.0 if the schema was previously extended for Cisco Unity 5.0 as there have not been any new schema extensions since the Cisco Unity 5.0 release.

Running ADSchemaSetup again will not hurt anything though if you did.
