CCM 6 - Autoregistration not work!

Hi all,

We have a CCM6 cluster with 2 servers, Auto Registration is enabled on both of them. The auto registration function was working well until 2 weeks ago. Now the new ip phones could not get registered automatically (we must add new phone manually). All the services are activated and running. Could anyone explain this issue for me and give me a suggestion on this?

Usually it's because the auto-registration numbers were used up.

Please note that when you change the auto-registered DN to a "permanent" DN, the system won't reclaim the auto DN.

To reclaim the auto DN, go to CCMAdmin > Call Routing > Route Plan Report. Find "Unassigned DN". Then "Delete All Found".
