We have Cisco Call Manager 4.1.3 SR7. Recently we have requirement to rollout IP communicator to home workers. I installed Cisco IP Communicator 188.8.131.52, Voice Enginer Version 2.4.2 on their PC.
The phone when first boot up connects to the auto registering call manager and get a number (58837). When I make a call to my extension, I can hear ring tone and when I answer the call, I cannot hear any audio.
I have added the name and ip address of the call manager into the lmhost files.
What else can I check?
