No Services or Corporate Directory on IP Communicator

Hi,

I just have setup IP Communicator for a tele-wworker and I have given the phone Extension Mobility. However when I press Services on the IP Softphone, it just hangs on requesting. There is also no Corporate Directory.

CM is 4.1.3 SR7

IP Communicator 2.1.2.0

CDP Version 2.0.1.02

Voice Engine Version 2.4.2

Any ideas?

Check for any FWs, ACLs, or anything other stuff that could be blocking end to end communications.
