spa942 registration fails on multiple phones simultaneously

Hi All,

One of our customers reported strange thing with IP Phones SPA942, that are loosing registration. There are multiple phones in the network, and in some period of  time all of them loose registration..

This is that is strange, what does this message mean: Discard RSP w/o trnsac

and from time to time we have on

all phones in the infrastructure:

I've attached the configuration file, If any other information is required, please let me know. maybe someone came across similar problems?

Dear Sir;

We would need full traces (including message content). If it is simultaneous for several phones, I would say this is more a network or server issue rather than the phones...do you know the FW version used on the devices?

The FW version is 6.1.5. I've asked the customer to provide the full traces.
