I am looking for a data sheet on this part and can not find one. Specifically, I need to know the input requirements for the live source. Is this a mic input or a line input? Is this an OEM of an existing product?

Thanks for the response, but does the MOH-USB-AUDIO require a "line out" from the connected audio source.

You want to provide MoH to your network not external output, so don't think you need anything more.

I have a customer using the MOH-USB-AUDIO device and it required mic level at the input. They used a line level to mic level attenuator.

Do you have details on the attenuator that they used that worked? I'm about to hook up a system for a customer using satellite radio and their receiver has a line level output.

Hi Ross,

I believe the unit is a Sunix UTA3100 but have never seen one and do not know if it is modified. All the information states it is CUCM v5 onwards only, but the UTA3100 is Windows compatible so I am not sure if this is the device.

Hi,

I installed one of these yesterday on an MCS-7835-I2 server running CUCM 7.1(2).

The adapter comes in a Cisco box but no Cisco specific instructions. A CD with various drivers is included as well as an A4 set of instructions that I have scanned and attached to this post.

The adapater is a SUNIX UTA3100B as stated in another post.

Installation was very simple. I plugged in the adapter and then plugged the headphone socket of my IPOD into the MIC input of the adapter using a 3.5mm - 3.5mm jack cable.

I enabled multicast on the fixed audio source, restarted the MoH server and then tested it.

It worked ok but there was some distortion so I turned down the volune on the IPOD to just over halfway (it had been set on full) and the quality was fine.

Only took ten minutes to do.
