incoming call not disconnecting

hi friends,

i am facing one issue,i am having 2811 with 4 port fxo,my problem is if somebody calls to my office it is ringing ,but if they dissconnect the call also still the phone is ringing.if they send busytone also same

plz provide me the solution

Try commands, supervisory disconnect

and

timeouts call-disconnect

timeouts wait-release

under voice-ports.

This should work.

i tried already tried with these commands

supervisory disconnect dualtone pre-connect

pre-dial-delay 0

no vad

timeouts call-disconnect 2

timeouts wait-release 2

timing hookflash-out 250

the result is same.

I had the same issue once,and it worked with me,after trying these commands:

supervisory disconnect dualtone mid-call

input gain 14

output attenuation -6

timeouts call-disconnect 2

timeouts wait-release 2

timing hookflash-out 150
