Hi can anyone let me how how I Can get a list of call usage statistics across all sites on call manager.(Bandwidth usage)

You can try netflow or mrtg tool
http://oss.oetiker.ch/mrtg/
Basically you can track rtp stream or check by qos marked traffic(I mean if voice packet are put in separate class)
I am trying it out myself ...but i have been told its possible
