CISCO 12000 Alarm card MBUS error message

Dear all,

I have this problem in my Cisco 12000 router. By SH version a problem will show in slot 24/25 of the alarm card instructing contact to an administrator.

I discovered by the show tech.

Please see below so that the MBUS agent of the alarm card shows unkown.

Please comment. I need help !

Hello Naresh,

you should have two Alarm Cards in your chassis.

check the state of all linecards with

sh gsr

sh diag summary

I have stated 2 alarm cards in my report.

Problem is that the system is not recognizing the MBUS Agent.

"MBUS: Unknown (0) 00-0000-16 rev 70 dev 0"
