cisco 12000 linecard problem

Dear all

I have 12012 with GRP (R5000)

my line card is OC3/STM1

when i boot the router the card with give this error ROM VGET

and in show diags slot 7 i see this error

"Board state is getting ROM response ( ROM VGET)

please help

Hello Hani,

have you tried to reseat the linecard?

the error says the linecard has problems in booting up.

I changed the slot on line card but nothing happend

Hello Hani,

I'm afraid you need to change it with another one.

you have other linecards working in the same chasssis?

if so I would ask for replacement.
