Unanswered Question

Has anyone configured this and got it work?

I am having issues with the AP registering with the controller over the i-net.

The firewall rules seem to be fine port 5246 and 5247 are permitted in. NAT is configured on the FW and controller using the dynamic AP registration. It will only register via the internal mgmt interface.

Does anyone have any example configs?

Hi Mike,

Have you tried priming the LAP before sending it away?

I think you configure the AP with the NAT'd address.

Isn't there also a setting on the management interface where you put in what the NAT'd IP is?

I suppose the best thing is to look at the AP console when it is joining. Do you see it sucessfully discover the controller and fail at the join, or is it not even going into the join process?
