Try setting up the incoming DID as a hunt pilot for the Unity ports rather than a translation pattern that points to Unity.
What isn't working specifically?? Unity wont answer or what??

You can configure a translation pattern, translate to VM pilot
In Unity configure direct call routing rule and send them to sign in.

Just make sure that you allow the voice mail boxes to be accessed from different extensions.
in Unity 5 this is done by configuring and alternate extension for a certain subscriber.
for example, if you want john doe to access VM from his mobile (number 123456), allow 123456 as an alternate extension

If you send them to sign it does the alternate extension thing matter...i didnt think so.
