Hi, we have a user who is using Unity 5 Voicemail on Call Manager 6, 7911 phone. Every so often the users phone light is on to say they have voicemail and the message is displayed on the phone, when user checks there is no new voicemail. Sometimes if the user leaves this for a few hours the light and message go off on there own. We have lots of users and this only seems to happen to the odd user. We have tried various settings and have also repatched the phone into different switch/ports.

Any ideas.
