Hi, has anyone used BQM v3 in anger?

I'm tring to install one using switch Span ports / without passive taps.

The device seems to work but only "sees" local traffic and not remote site traffic(remote sites are over MPLS N/W and are all configured within BQM).

If I configure the local sites subnets within BQM then it shows no traffic at all!

I guess what I'm really looking for is a fundamental guide to how this device should work.

any thoughts?

Thanks for your response, unfortuantly I have already read that doc.

I still haven't met anyone who's used BQM - I'm guessing that this is one of those products that few people bought!
