Applying MS Updates and Hotfixes on ICM Servers

Hi all,

We need to install MS updates and hotfixes on ICM servers.

Cisco qualifies the MS updates using 4 types :

- Impacting

- Not Impacting

- Deferred

- Not Applicable

Which type of updates can be installed and which type must not be installed on the IPCC servers

On production, the only updates must be applied is the 'Impacting' ones. The rest can wait for a periodic maintenance/upgrade later. These categories and their significance are explained in the notifications sent by Cisco.
