Call Forward Issue for Second Extension

Hello Guys,

I have a user who has a 7942 Cisco VOIP Phone. She has 2 Extensions displayed on the phone and the want to forward the second extension to another user while she is gone out of town. I tried pressing the CFwdALL button but it only forwards the first line on her phone. We are running CUCM 6.0. Do I have to do it from Call Manager and if so how?

In short, it cannot be done from the phone.

As Paolo said, it's not possible to do it from the phone. CUCM have limitations of the Call Forward All (CFwdAll) feature with respect to the secondary line appearances.
