Startup Config Not Available

Under RME collection status I show 34 items that are out of sync. When I click on that and go to the "Startup and Running Out-Of-Sync Summary", it says "Startup config not available". How do I remedy that?

Go to RME > Config Mgmt > Archive Mgmt > Sync Archive. Select the devices in question, and check the "Fetch Startup" box. Run the Sync Archive job. Once successful, all devices should have a startup config in the archive.
