CAD 7.0(1) logs out during chat

Unanswered Question

We recently upgraded to UCCX 7.0(1) and now when agents reply to a supervisor initiated chat the agent will get a message indicating the other party has logged off and is no longer available to chat. This happens even though the supervisor is still logged in and only when chat is initiated from the supervisor.

Is there a fix for this or a setting that was broken during the upgrade?
