We are reaching out to our local carriers to see if RDNIS service is available. Right now in the event our MPLS links are oversubscribed all voicemail calls will re route to the location receptionist because we could not get RDNIS to work all the way though the call route. We recently changed carriers and we want to test again. Is there any setting required on the gateway routers to allow RDNIS information to be passed between sites or is it strictly a matter of the carrier making the service available?
Any input would great here.
Thank you!
Rgds,
Vicky

We have two 3845 Gateway routers tied out to Call Manager 5.1(2). We are using MGCP at the gateways.
