How to have 2 or 3 sec delay for 2 sequence of digits string for dialed no.

Hi All,

I got a discount rate telephone provider that i need to used.

to used it i must first dial 1800123123 no, and wait for 2 or 3 sec before dial my destination no.

I have try to prepend the Prefix Digits (Outgoing Calls) dialed out with 1800123123 and fail to make a successful call.

How do i configure this in call manager?

CUCM cannot insert a pause in the dialed string.

You could possibly do this in H323 GW by using the , which stands to a 1 second delay

Or Unity which also uses , as 1 second delay

Hi javalenc,

the current PSTN gateway are using MGCP to communicate with CUCM.

can i re-add the gateway to use H323?

Can you refer me to any doc about this.
