spa400 crash issue

I do not have any additional debug information other than what is below (don't keep syslog logging events at all times, and enabling when this situation occurs involves a reboot which clears it).

Is there a bug already known for this kind of issue?  Basically, although lines are connected, all lines show off-hook with battery level 0.  No incoming calls are answered.  Outbound calls for most steering digits seem to route around this situation.   Any suggestions?  Obviously this is a serious issue for us (and has happened more than once in the last year) since this requires a reboot of the gateway to bring it back.  Please help.  Thanks -Don

Hi Don;

What firmware is used on the SPA400? I suggest you upgrade to the latest if not done yet.

Regards
Alberto

I pasted the info into the post.  It is version 1.1.2.2 which shows as the latest on the web site.  Is there another version that fixes this kind of issue in development or is there a file that would be created on the spa400 when this kind of this occurs that I could grab and provide to help troubleshoot? -Don

Hi Don;

Sorry for the late reply.

Best thing to see what the issue is about is to collect the syslog info provided by the SPA400. Not sure it would help in this case but may be.

Alberto
