ICM Logger Failure.

Unanswered Question


I have installed ICM Rogger (Router+Logger) on one MCS Server and AW& HDS on Saparate MCS Server.All the services of Routers & Loggers are working fine, but the moment I installed AW & HDS , then Logger service is unable to start(Unable to start due to logon failure), also am unable to start AW Configuration Manager.. (ICM 7.5 and SQL 2005 is being used)

Please advice to resolve the issue.

Check logger service from services.msc and check the dependent services are started, importantly check the logon account password. Some times due to domain control group policy settings, check the ICM service accounts.
