in an ipcc deployment v7.2.7 with ctios client version 7.0. when the agent puts the caller on hold and resumes later on an error message is popped out: "IPCC ERROR  unable to hold call".
Any idea what could be the cause of that error?
what has been tried:
calling the extension directly (without going through the ICM script) provokes no errors.
tried to cycle the PG and restart the CTI manager service on the call manager with no resolution.
your help is appreciated,
