I have a customer that would like multiple pre-recorded greetings on a call handler. They would like to be able to use the greetings administrator to change these messages as needed based on the day (weather conditions, etc).
It appears that you can only really have one pre-recorded message to switch to (alternate greeting). Is there any way to add more? Is there a work around anyone has used in this type of situation?

No, the number of greeting you can have is fixed. You cannot have a pre-recorded greeting for each situation with only 1 call handler.
The one that is recommended to be changed is as you mention the alternate greeting as it overrides all other greetings.

Is there any solution to this that you can think of? Their voice mail system they are moving away from allowed them to maintain 6 seperate messages which they can choose from ( it also changed the options).
I'm trying to think outside the box to give them this functionality, but haven't come up with a good soultion yet. They are used to doing it thru a phone call (greeting administrator) but doing it thru the web gui would probably be ok as well.
