Hi all,
I am running LMS 3.1 RME version 4.2.0 and whenever I choose a device and select the device which I know is covered under that certain contract. It doesn't pull the report.

This is most likely a problem with the database sync on Cisco.com. There are two databases where contract data are stored, and if they are not in sync, then RME's report can fail. You need to open a TAC service request so this can be confirmed (posting the log would reveal sensitive contract data).
