Once each user opens Topology Services, a directory will be created with their username. You can preempt this by creating the directories for them. Make sure each directory has the same permissions as an already existing one.

You can copy the XML files under NMSROOT/campus/etc/users/USER to each user's directory under NMSROOT/campus/etc/users. For example, if the user admin has the master step of maps, copy all of the .xml files under NMSROOT/campus/etc/users/admin to each of the other directories under NMSROOT/campus/etc/cwsi/users. You could set up a batch job to do this periodically.

Thanks jclarke,

What if I am making severals local user and they do not seems to be coming under the NMSROOT/campus/etc/users/*.

Is there a time frame after which they come or as they are under NMSROOT/campus, do we have to do anything in campus to make them appear there.

Right now I have only admin and null over there?

Or once each user will make a topology of their own that xml file will be created there?

-Thanks
