Tom,  Sort of.  It has an option to enable a Syslog and Outbound Blocking Event Log; however they would need to be running a remote logging server to get this.  Nothing too complicated but would need to be configured internally for them to pull the details from.  From there they can view the log files (System, Access, Firewall and VPN logs) page by page as an Administrator to the Protectlink GW app. (View Logs>Policy Enforcement Logs).
