SPA962/SPA504G reset to factory defaults ignoring some values

Unanswered Question

it seems that the reset to factory defaults does not work as expected

I have followed the instructions at this page to make sure I wasn't the one making the mistake:

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/ps10033/products_qanda_item09186a0080a35e75.shtml

after resetting the SPA962 has lost almost all settings, these values are not set to factory defaults: Dictionary_Server_Script, Language_Selection

perhaps there are more values not reset to defaults, but these came to my attention as the SPA962 stayed in my local language

is there another way to reset the SPA962 to 'real' factory defaults?

after testing with another phone, I think the whole spa9xx is affected and the SPA5xx series

the SPA525g does reset those values as expected

Dear Sir;

This is definitively a bug. Factory reset should get all parameters to their default value. In addition to these two, is there any other entry that does not get to defaults when reset?

Regards and thanks for pointing out this
