Customize URL Redirection on WLC526

My customer would like to upload a customized login page to the Cisco Wireless Express Mobility WLC526 controller for web authentication purposes. The documentation tells you how to upload the "authentication bundle," but it does not give the specs on what the page must contain. Does anyone know of a document we can download or access any instructions for building the custom authentication bundle?
