Establishing an IPSec VPN from Inside (ASA)

Hi everybody,

Would anybody happen to know what needs to be done to allow a IPSec VPN session on the ASA to be established from an inside network.

I have it working on a Router but couldn't figure out just yet why it doesn't work on the ASA.

I apologize for posting this in the wrong forum.

You configure a VPN as normal, but you just enable ISAKMP on the inside rather than the outside.

You also need to make sure your NAT is 100%.

I need it on both actually, inside and outside.

Thanks

We have an ASA with 2 VPN's on the outside and 2 on the inside, I don't remember treating it any different though I think NAT had been a b1tch.

what are you're logs saying?
