I have two upstream providers, 100 meg and 50 meg, and need a router that will handle them. Right now I'm not doing BGP. Will the 2841 with maxed memory work for this application. I'm an ISP and pass two blocks of class C addresses to my customers.

2841? There's no c2841. (Unless this is a new product and the website/documentation hasn't been updated yet).
2821 on a 100 mbps, no. 2851 on a 100 mbps, yes.

You are right, 2851. Can I pass both classes addresses with two providers at about 150 - 200meg?

Crickey mate! Now your bandwidth has gone up to 150-200 mbps. 2851 will be unable to support that. Get a 3800. Look at the PDF file I provided.
