Recovering crash-info

Hi friends,

I have a cisco 6509 with CatOS. Can you please advice the command line to view the crashinfo file. I tried to get thru tftp; but it's not readable format. Please advice.

The command 'more' is not working in CatOS. Checked this is working on cisco IOS. Please advice if any command to check in CatIOS. Thanks.

Copy the crashinfo into your computer (using TFTP)and use Notepad or Wordpad to view it.

We did that. When opening in wordpad, it's full of Jung characters. Even Cisco TAC engineer to whom I sent this file said the same thing.
