Dear Team,

Able to Connect the VPN , but unable to access mails through VPN.Is it possible that the issue will be at Service Provider END because with the same profile and auth details we are able to

access the mail service throughdefferent Service provider. How can we esculate such type of issues.

Are you able to do anything else? Can you access any other resources behind the VPN device, or is it just mail that is failing?
