Someone within our organisation has set a call forward from their phone to another phone within the same office but we cannot find the phone that has the call forward set up - we know the destination phone number - is there any way we can trace the where the calls are coming from?

Use CAR for that purpose, or you can look into the NumPlan table searching the CFA field to see which phone has it set.

Hi, thanks for your reply, where abouts is the CAR option or the NumPlan table located? Am using version 6.

CAR is under Serviceability (if it's not enabled you won't see anything)
Numplan is in the DB, lookup on CCO the DB dictionary from your version and just use the command "run SQL" in CLI to execute the qry
