hi all,
one of my customer required different voice msgs based on different conditions, e.g. " if he is busy then caller should here voice msg that im busy at a movement please leave msg " or if he is in meeting then caller should here msg that " im busy in a meeting please leave message " ....
how we can set different voice msgs based on different situations ....
my customer has Cisco Unity Connection 2.x with one CCM Cluster and Presence 7.0 ...

That's the whole point of having different greetings in CUC...
There is no setting for meetings.

Hi Java,
about different voice msgs based on timings we can schedule it in unity i know that, but what about voice msg selection via personal communicator ..
i mean if a user select away status in personal communicator, for that he would have one recorded voice msg for away & if same user selects busy status that there should another voice msg for him ???
One More Question about Text Msgs ... i just need to know the flow for sending text msg from ip phone to mobile operator ??? what the hardware equipment i required for that ???
