Hi,
I am trying to erase my Pix config which can't.
I tried "wr eraze" then "wr mem" then "reload", but the old config remains.

You process is wrong
At the cli type
wr erase
then type
reload

according to your image version
in 7.x or newer
clear config all
its ok
