I have a setup of CUCM4.3 with IPCCX6.0

1.Has anybody done an upgrade from IPCCX6.0 to IPCCX7.0

2.I have been told it is not a straight upgrade and data/config is not ported over?

3.How to convert the licenses?

There is no upgrade path from 6.0. You will need to backup all data manually (scripts, repositories, subsystem configurations, license files, etc) and perform a fresh installation of 7.0. Everything will need to be manually restored. Scripts must be opened in the new editor and re-saved. UCM CTI Route Points, Ports, and Directory numbers must be deleted manually as CCX will not overwrite them when you configure the new jtapi subsystem.

For licences if you have subscribed UCSS major upgrade, you can order for free an upgrade on upgrade tool site (put). If not, you have to order this upgrade.
