Hi all,

Last friday my IPCC stoped working again. We needed to reboot the server to make it work.

I'm working with:

VERSION INFO: Platform <2003 Service Pack 2>.

VERSION INFO: Debug threshold <OFF>.

VERSION INFO: Debug size <1048576>.

VERSION INFO: Debug files <2>.

VERSION INFO: Log size <1048576>.

VERSION INFO: Log files <2>.

VERSION INFO: TSSPAdm.exe: Product <Cisco Unified Contact Center Express 5.0> Version <6.4.2.12> Pri Build <5.0> Special Build < >.

VERSION INFO: LDAPClientDLL.dll: Product <Cisco Unified Contact Center Express 5.0> Version <6.4.2.12> Pri Build <5.0> Special Build < >.

I checked the logs of IPCC, and under:

cisco -> AlarmServiceLog

I found the AlarmTrace01.log, on this log I found this:

[2009-10-02 18:09:14]Initializing snmp service handler. Port = 65261

[2009-10-02 18:09:14]CiscoUtil.jar file found and AlarmService.properties file will be monitored.

This is the last thing we saw before the IPCC stoped working.

Then I checked the cisco-> desktop->log-> FCCServer001.log, and I found out this:

The services stop working because of the parsing error, I had to reboot this server to start working again.

My big issue is that this had happened 3 times in the last month.

Do anyone knows why this parsing errros is appearing over and over again?

Or what do this error means?

Have a great day!!

Are you using any type of webservices or making a data dip to get external info. Share this with those resources.

Sounds like you may have a mis match variable type what is expected vs what is provided.

None of this should be the cause of server crash I would check with cisco for latest upgrades etc for you what you have may be there is a known bug.

Good luck.
