Solved: CCM : Phone User ID field is greyed

Dear Networkers,

I have CCM 6 installed.

Since some days i noticed that there is a phone that i cannot change the owner user ID. this filed is greyed for this phone.

(as u can see in tha attached screenshot)

Can you please help me how to enable this field for this phone?

By any chance is EM enabled???

if so, try disabling it

Hi,

Unfortunately the Extension Mobility service is disabeled on this IP Phone :(

So the issue still persists !

Hi,

Yeeeessss !!!

The "extension mobility" was enabeled on that IP Phone :) (the service was not subscribed to the phone , but it was only enabeled on it CCM>Device>Phone> as you can see in the attahced screenshot)
