Dear Master,
Need help.
I have CUCM 7.0 with 2 router as VG, each router have E1 for incoming and outgoing (1 VG using H.323 and the other using MGCP).
How to monitor DN / Extension in real time.
What is a detail status when IP phone off-hook state / online.
So, we can know what a number the ip phone dial / who call ip phone in real time.

On the phones using BLF, for enhanced functionality and a directory you would need to integrate CUPS

Thank You very much for Your answer.
I mean, as Administrator of CUCM, I need to investigate / solving problem, I need tool / tips how to monitoring or trace a call, like debug, but debug only can done in VG. I need tools to debug in CUCM, so I can debug 1 extension (when the extension have some strange problem).

Use CUCM detailed traces for that purpose, that's the whole point of them
