Expert,
We encountered issue with applying changes via the IDM but it's ok via cli. Is this a known issue with IDSM? I have attached the system info.

no any error shown. When you tried to apply changes it doesn't do anything and when you tried to move to another screen, it indicate you need to save the config 1st which we can't.

You just have to click on "Apply Changes" if you made any changes on that tab. The changes will then become applied. Maybe the GUI loaded config became inconstistent, click on the 'Refresh' button to get the saved config and then make any changes.
