Click to Call Widget issue

click to call software is getting installed sucessfully. when attempting to call using the software the error occurs as "webdialer cannot be found". some times this works well. restarted the concerned services in ccm and reinstalled the software in pc. till the issue is same. intermittently not able to call. please suggest a work around for this.

If its intemitently not working I would collect WD, CTI, CUCM and c2C logs

then open a TAC case to verify configuration and traces in case it fails?

questions to ask and get a response _before_ open a TAC case with us:

- C2C version

- Dialing from Outlook? how are you dialing?

- CUCM version

- phone model and version

- Any Firewall installed?

- how are you connecting? wireless, vpn, etc?

- any pattern?

- all phones, just 1, just 1 PC?

- PC model and OS version
