copy run start problem

hello all. Today when I was making some changes to my core router, I accidently fat fingered the copy run start command at the end to save my config. I accidently typed "copy run start5" and now every time I do a copy run start, the router is asking me to confirm destination file name [start]? rather than [startup-config]. The weird part is when I tab the entire command out, it saves the config to the startup-config. Can someone please help me out? I want to remove the file i created I think and when i issue the copy run start command, I want it to be saved into the correct directory. I know this sounds confusing but can someone please give me a hand here? Thank you!

or dir nvram:

to see all filesystems.
