I have one of these coming up, and I wanted to post my upgrade plan, and see if anyone see an issue. I know all the RM and CM configs will need to be reentered. This procedure is around the HDS data.
- Upgrade from 3.1 to 3.5
- Upgrade from 3.5 to 4.5
- Perform Data Migration tool procedure
- Install new OS and UCCX 7 (new server). Initial login procedure is restore, pointing to Data Migrated file
- Rebuild config, import scripts and prompts
All of this is assuming I have a compatible Call Manager versions during the various UCCX upgrades to complete them. I will need license files for each version, right?
