Email and text message notification on uc 520

Hi all,

I'm trying to setup email notification for when the users have a voicemail.

In the CUE, all user profiles are flagged to notification, and I have specified the smtp server settings, and the time range to send out the notification

but it still won't send out email.  Any suggestions?
