1252 APs problem with IP phone 7920 and with laptops 802.11b

Dear all;

I have problem of "Authentication failed" between AP 1252 and IP phone cisco 7920 (I tried all encryption types and no encryption and still have the same problem)

I know that 7920 is not supported with 1250 AP by cisco ,But somehow there aresome people solved this problem.

Also there also problem between 802.11b laptops and 1250 AP (Can't authenticate to AP although i can see the broadcasted networks SSIDs)

Can any one help me to solve both issues?!!
