It is possible to have 5 E1 lines with 3845 with PVDM -128.
Or please some one light me how many PVDM channel is required for one e1 channel.

Thanks for the reply, in 3845 I hope it will support only two pvdm2-64 channel, so I can have maximum 4 E1 lines with pvdm2-64, could please correct me if my understanding is wrong ? or please light me how much maximum PVDM2 can be supported by 3845. Our objective is to use five 5 E1 line in 3845.

Bala,
3845 has got 4 onboard PVDM slots which can support 4 X PVDM2-64. You can terminate 8 E1s using these PVDMs.
For 5E1s take 3 X PVDM2-64.
Use the DSP calculator as suggested.
