Hi,
DFM doesn't seem to recognize the 2960 PoE switch ( Catalyst 2960-48PST-L). The status of the devices is unknown. I tried the software and device update but it prompted that there are no updates for DFM. I am using LMS 3.1. What should I do?
Thanks in advance

What is the sysObjectID of this switch? Exactly what version of DFM do you have?

This is the only output of the SNMP walk I did.
