DFM supported devices

Hi,

DFM doesn't seem to recognize the 2960 PoE switch ( Catalyst 2960-48PST-L). The status of the devices is unknown. I tried the software and device update but it prompted that there are no updates for DFM. I am using LMS 3.1. What should I do?

Thanks in advance

What is the sysObjectID of this switch? Exactly what version of DFM do you have?

Hi,

This is the only output of the SNMP walk I did.

No, this device is not yet supported in DFM 3.1. It looks as though support is planned for early next month.

Thanks! we're planning to upgrade our lms to v3.2. will this device be supported fir that version?

Yes, it should be supported around the same time.

thanks so much!

Hello,

In the last version of LMS 3.2, with DFM version 3.2.0, I dont integrate this equipment and only that. But it is visible in all the other modules. Do you have an solution or a patch to integrate this element.

Thanks in advance for your help.

This device is now supported in DFM 3.2.  Make sure you have the latest DFM device updates by going to Common Services > Software Center > Device Update.  Download and install all updates for DFM and Common Services.
